Your institution can make approved learning applications available through the App Gallery in Engage. This gives you one place to access the tools you need, making it quicker and easier to move between your learning resources and applications.


Follow the steps below to launch an app from your App Gallery.


To launch an application

  1. Sign in to Engage
  2. Go to the Apps section at the top of the page.

  3. Find the application you want to use.
  4. Select Launch
    Select Launch to open the application


If the Launch button is greyed out, the application may not have been configured for your institution yet.

Please contact your institution's administrator to request access or confirm that the application has been set up correctly.

If an application your institution uses isn't available in the App Gallery, let your institution's administrator know. Administrators can contact the Snapplify team to discuss enabling additional applications for their institution.
