You can make Engage easier to use by changing the interface language to your preference. English is the default, but several other languages are available for you to choose from. Your language setting only affects your own view and does not change the language for others at your school.


Anyone using Engage can set their own language preference, regardless of their user role. Updating your language does not change the language for other users in your institution.


To update your language preference:

  1. When signed in to Engage, click the user icon at the top of your screen.
  2. From the dropdown menu that appears, find “Language”.
  3. Scroll through the list and select your preferred language.

Note: If you would like to return to the default (English), just repeat the steps and select English from the list.


What if your language is missing?

If your preferred language isn’t on the list, please tell us. Contact support with your request. We're always looking to improve language options.


If your institution is not already registered on Engage, a staff member can easily register to use the platform for free.
