When your educational institution purchases library books, they are added to the Engage library as owned titles that can be loaned out to users.


If you only want to see books that your institution's library owns, you can quickly and easily filter your search using the advanced search feature in Engage. This will ensure that all the titles already purchased are displayed in the library.


To filter the library by owned titles

  1.  Once logged in to Engage, navigate to the ‘Library’ section.
  2. Click the 'Advanced' button associated with the search bar.
  3. Expand the 'Owned Library Content' drop-down menu, then select 'Yes'.
  4. Click the 'Search' button to run your search.


Titles owned by your educational institution's digital library are returned in the search. 


If you're interested in reading any of the books, you can borrow titles from the library.
