The start of a new term/year can come with a long to-do list for schools. There's pressing admin to attend to, including reminding parents to finalise their book orders before Early Access lapses. 


To support your school through the busy back-to-school period, we’ve created a short draft email that explains to parents how Early Access works. Simply copy and paste the text below, tweak any relevant information, then send it to your school’s parents.


You can send this email to parents before they've even made payment, since students will have instant access to their ebooks as soon as you've linked their user group to the relevant, published prescribed list.


Email Subject: Understanding Snapplify's Early Access feature for ebooks

Dear Parent,


As always, we're committed to providing our students with the best possible learning experience and all the tools they need to achieve academic success. We're proud to partner with Snapplify to provide our students with top-quality textbooks from leading publishers.


Your child should already be able to access their prescribed digital textbooks for the new term/year. Thanks to Snapplify's Early Access feature, you can have peace of mind knowing that your child is able to use their e-textbooks from their first day, even if you haven't paid for them yet. This also gives you a bit more time to purchase the books.


It's important to note that Early Access is only available for a limited period. You need to finalize your order within 4 weeks of the start of the new term so that your child maintains uninterrupted access to these ebooks. 


To buy your child's prescribed textbooks, follow these simple instructions for purchasing books in Engage. In order to read the books, you will need to download the free Snapplify Reader app (if you haven't already) and then download the books to the app.
