If you notice that some books are missing after logging into the Snapplify Reader app, it could be due to issues with updating the library on your device. This issue is often caused by an unstable internet connection, which prevents your library from syncing properly. 


To resolve the issue:

  1. Check your app store for updates to ensure that you have the most recent version of the Snapplify Reader app. 
  2. Sign out of your user account.
  3. Shut down the application completely.
  4. Re-open the application and sign back in.
