You may have already set up your prescribed book lists and groups, and then linked these so that the users in the group are automatically allocated the content on that list. But what process should you follow if you have a new user who needs books?

Making sure that a new user gets the right content is easy in Engage. All you need to do is:

  1. Add the new user to the correct user group.
  2. Check that the group the user is in is linked to the correct prescribed list.

Once the user is added to a group that is already linked to a prescribed list, that user will also automatically be assigned the correct content.
