Configuring your firewall
To prevent connectivity issues, configure your firewall to allow external traffic to the following domains:
- *.snapplify.com
- getsnapplify.com
- snapplify.com
- gstatic.com
- fcm.googleapis.com
- googleapis.com
- snapplify-reader.firebase.com
- snapplify-reader.firebaseio.com
- scholasticlearningzone.com
Ports to use
Ensure the following ports are open to enable communication with Snapplify services:
- Port 443 (HTTPS) – Required for secure access to Snapplify servers.
- Port 80 – Required for connecting to Snapplify Snappbox.
